Follow-up Sessions

Stemming from the ethos that if a job is worth doing then the job is worth doing well, Bridge believes that if a development plan is put in place, then it should be adhered to.

Yes, there needs to be some movement within the plan, but it needs to be a contract between the organisation and the future growth of that person within it.

Time and time again organisations go through peaks and troughs in their training regime with an all-or-none approach.  Change is inevitable within today’s business environment, however, training and people development should be continuous.  Band-aid training only masks the symptoms for the short-term.  With Bridge, we insist a minimum of a follow-up session to assist in the cementing of learning.
