Why build branded campaigns?

Creating awareness of a specific brand will not only maximise its recognition, it will increase awareness of the strategies and goals, as well as define a uniqueness that sets it apart from other training programmes.

Quite simply, if potential participants do not know what is to be achieved from training, they will not believe in it.  Therefore, one of the pre-eminent goals of any initiative should be to build awareness in the most cost-effective manner as possible.

Training participants tend to make commitment decisions based on peer recommendations and direct experience, as well as on a more traditional past experience link.  That is why it is necessary to build brand awareness strategies by instilling trust among participants.  This trust must be achieved through credibility, rather than just a catchy advertising campaign.  However, promotional marketing encompassing some specific one-to-one components have proven increasingly effective at building trust and acquiring participants’ buy-in.
