Last week's Customer Strategy conference focussed on new strategies to retain customers and atrack new ones by offering outstanding customer service. Amongst industry experts, Dale Smith presented The Living Brand® to companies such as Virgin Media, NHS Direct and Samsung.
The conference was held on Thursday 12th April at the Ambassadors Bloomsbury Hotel by UBM Media. Speakers presented ways to offer better customer service with case studies and new technologies. Stuart Roberts from the Co-operative Financial Services explained how why they are on top of customer service researches for the financial industry, and told delegates their staff breathes and lives their brand values.
Following that, Dale Smith presented the four steps to transform your front-line staff into Living Brand Champions®. Other lectures also included voice recognition systems, customer's psychology and the future of contact centre.
Claudia Hathway, editor of CCF magazine and conference's chairman, wrote a brief review of the day in top ten takeaways.
