CLOUD CONTACT CENTRE OF NOBLE BIRTH

Contact centres can benefit from the lower costs and increased flexibility of SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) telephony without replacing a legacy phone system thanks to a new option from Noble Systems.

By using a server-based telephony platform, Noble claims that its SIPhony product can be used to migrate traditional, hardware-based telephone systems to a SIP environment, or work as a hybrid of the two worlds.  This would allow agents to be added to the network regardless of their location and for businesses to build cloud-based contact centres.

Colin Chave, general manager EMEA of Noble Systems, commented on the product release.  “We believe SIPhony (is) the first of its kind to offer an easy migration path to a server-based platform and to allow hybrid applications by combining traditional (switch) telephony and IP environments.  Noble SIPhony gives the best of both worlds – seamless integration to existing environments or a stand-alone unified system – to help companies achieve greater performance, improve customer service, and lower the cost of doing business.â€
